Skandaledom: Voldsbetjente frikendt

Der blev ikke skyet nogen anstrengelser for at få omstødt byrettens fængselsdom til voldelige civilbetjente og afsagt den dom, politikorpset og den reaktionære regering ønskede.

De tre voldelige politifolk, der i september blev idømt op til 60 dages ubetinget fængsel ved Københavns byret for at have gennemtæsket den 17-årige Henrik Poulsen om aftenen efter rydningen af Ungdomshuset den 1. marts 2007, er blevet frikendt i appelsagen ved landsretten.

Det kommer ikke som nogen total overraskelse. Politikorpset havde nemlig forlangt omstødelse af dommen over kollegerne, en hel stribe betjente truede med at sige op, og formanden for folketingets såkaldte retsudvalg DF'eren Peter Skårup havde udtalt sin støtte til de aktionerende betjente.

Der blev ikke skyet nogen anstrengelser for at få omstødt byretsdommen og afsagt den dom, politikorpset og den reaktionære regering ønskede.

Columbus-ægget var, at man i Landsretten fremtryllede en retsmediciner, der ville sværge på, at Henrik Poulsens veldokumenterede mærker efter slag ikke kunne stamme fra politiknipler.

Denne videnskabelige kompetence var mere end nok til at overbevise byretsdommerne, så de alle 6 enstemmigt kunne frikende de voldelige og løgnagtige betjente, der hele vejen igennem benægtede, at de var voldelige.

Så måtte uafhængige vidneudsagn vige, for slet ikke at tale om Henrik Poulsens egen klare og vidnebefæstede beretning, der slet ikke tæller, fordi han som offer er part i sagen.

Dommen er en politisk dom, udøvet under pression. De danske klassedomstole har ikke ændret sig, siden de under besættelsen gik den tyske besættelsesmagts og samarbejdspolitikernes ærinde.
