Police harrassing people near Bella Centre

Bella00244-thumb <p>Today while on the Cop15 Delegate Bus, I saw police hassling people near to the Bella Centre.</p> <p>Also one passenger got off the shuttle bus, but forgot his rucksack, however he was not allowed back even through the barriers near the bus to get his belongings. The driver in the end encouraged by people in the shuttle bus took the guy his pack.</p>
